{"id":5037,"date":"2021-10-11T09:07:05","date_gmt":"2021-10-11T09:07:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iolandabusillo.it\/?p=5037"},"modified":"2025-04-18T12:46:48","modified_gmt":"2025-04-18T12:46:48","slug":"risotto-al-limone","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iolandabusillo.it\/en_us\/risotto-al-limone\/","title":{"rendered":"Lemon Risotto"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\"><span class=\"s1\">Dear Lemon Lovers, today we present our lemon-scented risotto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Serves 3<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>\u2022 320 g Vialone Nano Rice (or Carnaroli)<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 1 white onion<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u2022 1 <a href=\"\/en_us\/negozio\/\" target=\"_self\">large organic lemon <\/a>, juice and zest<\/p>\n<p>\u2022  4 tablespoon of oil<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>\u2022  4 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese (or Grana Cheese) <br>\n<br>\n\u2022 boiling water<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 salt<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u2022 <a href=\"\/en_us\/product\/foglie-di-limone\/\" target=\"_self\">dried lemon leaves<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>First, blend the onion with a hand blender until smooth and place it in a large pan with 3 tablespoons of oil. Heat for 1 minute.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Add the rice and toast for 1 minute over high heat. Then add the filtered lemon juice and let it evaporate over high heat. Once the lemon juice is fully absorbed, add 2\u20133 ladles of boiling water and begin cooking the risotto.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Add 1 ladle of water only when the rice starts to dry. The risotto is ready when cooked al dente; it should be creamy, not dry.
